Accessibility statement
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification.
The standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site has not been audited independently, so we do not claim full conformance.
What we have checked
- The public pages can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a link to skip to the main content.
- Form fields have visible labels, and error and confirmation messages are shown in text, not by colour alone.
- The main text and button colour combinations meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio.
- Pages adapt to screens from 320 pixels wide upwards without horizontal scrolling.
- Animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
Known limitations
- The customer account and staff areas have not yet been reviewed to the same level as the public pages.
- Photographs are representative stock images; a note at the foot of every page says so.
- Legal documents are published in English until reviewed translations are available.
