A named operator
Every quote names the aviation operator. You never have to guess who is responsible for your flight.
Verified payments
A payment is marked as received only once the payment provider confirms it or it has been matched to a bank transfer. Receipts and invoices are issued from those records.
Only the data we need
We ask for passport details only where a route requires them, we do not track or profile visitors, and we keep data only for the periods stated in our Privacy Policy.
Policies you can read
Our privacy, terms and cancellation policies are published on this site, and the version you accepted is recorded with your account or booking.
Safety decisions stay with the operator
Weather and safety calls are made by the operator and the pilot in command. We do not ask a crew to fly when they have decided not to, and we tell you about delays as soon as we know.
