Condiciones del servicio

These terms apply when you use this website to create an account, request a flight, accept a quote or pay for a booking. Please read them together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by the company identified in our Legal Notice. Your written quote states which aviation operator will operate your flight.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. You must verify your email address before you can sign in.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity in your account unless it results from our own failure.
• We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms. We will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

3. How a booking is made

1. Request. When you submit a booking request, you are asking us for a quote. A request is not a booking, and nothing is payable at this stage.
2. Written quote. We review the request and send a written quote with a reference number. It states the total price and currency, the deposit and the balance with their due dates, the aircraft type, the aviation operator, how long the quote is valid, and the cancellation terms that apply to this booking.
3. Acceptance. You accept the quote in your account by confirming that you agree to these terms and to the cancellation terms in the quote. The contract is formed when you accept.
4. Payment. You pay the amounts shown in the quote by the payment methods offered on the payment page. We calculate every amount. You cannot set a different amount yourself.
5. Confirmation. We confirm your booking and issue tickets once the payment due at that stage has been verified.

4. Prices and payment

• The price in your accepted quote is the price you pay, unless you ask us to change the booking.
• Receipts are issued only once a payment has been verified. A payment you have started but that we have not yet received is shown as pending.
• If bank transfer is offered, pay only to the account shown on your invoice in your account. Its holder is the company named in our Legal Notice. We never change our bank details by email. If you receive a message asking you to pay elsewhere, do not pay. Confirm the details with us using the contact details on our Legal Notice page.

5. Changes and cancellations

How you can change or cancel a booking, and what happens to amounts already paid, is explained in the Cancellation & Refund Policy and in the cancellation terms of your quote.

6. Flight operations and passengers

• For safety, the aviation operator and the pilot in command may delay, divert or cancel a flight because of weather, technical, operational or regulatory reasons. Their decision is final.
• Passengers must carry valid photo identification, follow crew instructions and safety briefings, and respect the baggage limits stated in the quote. Dangerous goods may not be carried.
• Check-in times and any further passenger requirements are stated in your quote or ticket.

7. Liability

The carriage of passengers and baggage is subject to the aviation law that applies to the flight and to the conditions of carriage of the operating carrier. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

8. Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us at contact@finderaservices.com and include your booking reference. We will acknowledge your complaint and tell you how it will be handled.

9. Applicable law

If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
