Cancelamentos e reembolsos

This policy explains how to change or cancel a booking and how refunds are handled. The specific deadlines and charges for your booking are part of your written quote, and you see them before you accept and pay.

1. Before you accept a quote

A booking request or an unaccepted quote can be withdrawn at any time, free of charge. Nothing is payable until you accept a quote.

2. Cancellation terms in your quote

Every quote states:

• until when you can cancel, and any charge for cancelling after that time;
• whether, and how much of, the deposit is refundable;
• how changes of date, time or passengers are handled.

These terms are shown on the quote page, and you must confirm them before you can pay.

3. How to cancel

Cancel from the booking page in your account, or contact us at contact@finderaservices.com with your booking reference. A cancellation takes effect when we receive it, and we confirm it in writing.

4. If the flight cannot operate

If we or the aviation operator cancel your flight, for example for weather, safety, technical or regulatory reasons, we will offer you another date. If you do not want to rebook, or no suitable date is available, we refund the amounts you paid for that flight.

5. How refunds are paid

• Card payments are refunded to the card used.
• Bank transfers are refunded to the account the payment came from, after we have confirmed the account details with you through a verified channel.
• Your account shows the status of every payment and refund.

6. Your legal rights

This policy does not affect any mandatory rights you have under the consumer or passenger-protection laws that apply to you.
