Offshore crew transfer
Crew change flights between a heliport and an offshore installation, including one-way pick-ups and drop-offs.

Offshore helicopter flights
Request crew changes, cargo runs and charter flights to offshore installations. You receive a written quote naming the aircraft type, the operator and the full price before anything is booked or paid.

What we do
Offshore flights depend on things nobody controls from a desk: wind and sea state, a helideck that may be closed for crane work, the installation’s own rules and the aircraft that can actually reach it. We take your request, check what is possible and reply with a written quote that sets out exactly what we can provide.
Nothing is booked until you accept that quote, and you pay nothing before you have accepted it.
Services
Each type of flight has its own page explaining what we need from you and what the quote confirms.

The offshore environment
A short guide to the conditions that shape every offshore flight.
Wind, visibility, cloud base and sea state can delay or cancel a flight. The pilot in command makes the final decision on the day.
Each helideck has its own size and weight limits and can be closed for crane lifts or other work. The installation must clear every landing.
Over open water there is nowhere else to land, so fuel reserves come first. On longer legs that leaves less payload for passengers and cargo.
Installation operators commonly require offshore survival training, a medical certificate and accurate body and baggage weights.
Distance to the installation, the number of passengers, the cargo weight and the helideck’s limits decide which helicopter type can fly a job. Your quote names the aircraft type and the operator, so you know what will arrive before you commit.
How aircraft are selectedFlight status
Enter your booking or ticket reference and the surname of a passenger. The result shows the booking, flight and payment status for that reference only.
Amounts are shown only after you sign in to your account.

Safety
Every quote names the aviation operator responsible for your flight. Ask for the operator’s air operator certificate details before you book, and check them with the issuing authority.

Before you send a request
Create an account, sign in and complete the flight request form. If you only have a question, use the contact form instead; no account is needed for that.
Only after you have accepted a written quote. The quote states the full price and, if one applies, the deposit and when the balance is due.
The operator decides whether a flight can go. If it is delayed or cancelled because of weather, we contact you about a new time. What happens to the price is set out in the cancellation terms of your quote.
Only you, when signed in, and our staff. The public tracking page shows status information only, never names or contact details. Amounts are shown to the signed-in account holder.
Not ready to send a full request? Ask a question through the contact form and we will reply by email.
